Great culture. Great people. Fun job to do if you are driven and enjoy working hard. You also get a good amount of autonomy.

Cons

Lots of constant change that can impact you a ton. Be prepared for pay cuts when changes occur without much explanation.

Awesome co-workers, flexible hours. No office politics

Cons

Massive retrenchment in APAC. Adopting an automated system with zero human contact. Extremely low morale with most of the pioneers leaving the company. The business will bear the brunt of this.
