If you are not adaptable, Groups isn’t for you. There is so much growth, you cannot be uncomfortable with change.

No work life balance. They tell you not to work off the clock, but overload office managers with 340+ member’s per one O.M. I worked at least two extra hours per day. Yea the company is growing and yes you need to change with the times….but let one change fully happen before throwing in five more. Your workers are already drowning trying to keep your members content and make sure their medications right. Stop giving them whiplash with 4 workflow or policy changes to implement in offices everywhere, every two weeks.
