Pros

Great company to work for especially if you enjoy being cross trained to perform both platform and teller transactions. 401k contribution is 6% dollar for dollar. Great Benefits Management is very accommodating and willing to help you succeed

Cons

Tough to move up if you are not phenomenal in sales from the branch perspective.

Pros

Manager shares advice on what training to take internally and externally to help you grow. Good benefits and pay, to include tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per year, great 401k match.

Cons

Tuition reimbursement could be higher for full time team members maybe have an increasing availability based on tenure say more than 5 years. Although, Im not part time I know part time team members don't get benefits directly other than pay and time off.

Pros

Great place to learn a skill and enhance your resume. Good benefits, some good people, good pay, can gain a lot of experience talking with members, they try to create a positive atmosphere(don't be fooled, this is the real shark tank), and you will not go hungry working here as they love to placate employees with food.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. High turnover (it is not uncommon to have daily firings and people leaving for better opportunities) which makes it hard to build a solid team. No work life balance; executive team wants staff to work six days a week every week because we do not have enough people to cover the operating hours (no overtime available). Keep in mind management does not lead by example; most show up hours late every day or not at all. If they do manage to show up they are walking out for personal events mid-day or gone by 4pm.This organization does not reward their hardest working employees as the high school mentality definitely exists here. Favoritism, cronyism and fraternization are rampant at this organization. It is not unheard of for very qualified or over qualified staff to be passed over because they are not with the in crowd. They want a sales oriented culture but guess what! they do not incentivize their staff for sales.Goals are not well thought out or if those goals are clearly unattainable there is no effort by upper management to adjust to something their teams can reach, but rather those goals are left in place and staff reviews are negatively impacted which impacts annual raises. DO NOT try to grow with Grow, it would be a waste of time for anyone looking for a long term position.
