      Nice working environment, good benefits, excellent 401k (8% match!!)

      Cons

      If you're just working for a pay check, this probably isn't the place for you. You are expected to add value to the organization and be involved.

      Lots of pushing of their motto "Be Bold. Be Great. Have Fun" but the company could be the furthest from the motto.

      Pros

      Benefits and 401k package through third parties, one formerly being Aflac. Nice corporate building with amenities. Corporate looks like a comfortable place to work at.

      Cons

      Management being no help. Either leaving for vacation too often, favoring one employee over others for outside work events, not listening to employee needs. Company moving towards commercial lending and cutting out a good portion of members for loans by restricting lower than C credit scores for vehicles. I felt I was not valued as an employee and coworker but was just another expendable number.

      Fair pay, like my coworkers.

      Cons

      They don't care about customers- charge them excessive fees whenever possible. Told to charge fees whenever possible- customers lose. I feel bad for them it is not necessary . :(
