Pros

They were proactive in finding me a position. The recruiters were friendly and were constantly asking me about positions, trying to get me placed.

Cons

They don't fight or work for what you want from a client. I think they just want to get you placed so they start making money. Once hired, I heard from the recruiter once...in a year.
