-People take time to get to know one another; great networking opportunities during work hours. -Various online materials available to learn about the company and various subjects matters that affect the company. -Flexible work hours. -Employees are not expected to work long hours.

Cons

-A very stagnant environment. -Opportunities for advancement are few and far between. -The overall environment is not a happy, productive one.
