Good pay, good benefits, and they paid travel expenses.

Cons

Very transactional atmosphere - with people as transactions; work, make money for the company, get to keep some of the money, repeat. Very little human sensitivity.

Good entry level job to gain experience. Good advancement opportunity. If you are up for a challenge, this is the place for you. Good peer group- hard working

Cons

Length of hours required at management level. Unrealistic client expectations. Poorly maintained facility Expectations from low paid staff are unrealistic.
