      Pros

      People are awesome, members are usually really nice. My manager really cared about me and wanted to be sure I was successful in my job. Promote people a lot. Benefits are good for full timers.

      Cons

      Upper management is pretty disconnected from the rest of the staff. Can be stressful at times. Pay was low compared to other banks/credit unions.

      Pros

      Smaller company, everyone knows everyone and gets along for the most part. They have great benefits and a comfortable environment. GCU is trying to grow which is exciting.

      Cons

      Lots of policies, a very corporate feel to the company considering its size. No employee appreciation at all which is exceptionally disappointing because that is typically a benefit of working for a smaller company. Also they pay lower than the industry standard which means they don't attract the best people.
