      People at the branch are really awesome and I feel like I'm making a big difference. Enjoy coming to work.

      Cons

      Training is none existent Understaffed Because of the smaller size of the credit union it is hard to compete Pay could be better

      Pros

      I love the people I work with. Upper management seems to really care about the company and my direct manager is also great to work for daily. I enjoy the way they work to be involved in the community.

      Cons

      Upper Management could be more visible in my branch. Yet overall a great place to work.

      They have great benefits which really shows they value their employees. Love the people I work with. They promote from within a lot.

      Wish I was paid more but that's part of working for a non profit.
