Pros

Casual dress code and fun co-workers. If you participate in the scholarship program you can wear jeans and a company shirt. Random ticket giveaways from corporate and paid holidays for all staff. The insurance is great and the premiums are super affordable.

Cons

You have to work some Saturdays but that’s the business.

Pros

Everyone at GCU is really nice to work for, there are plenty of opportunities for internal promotions, even without experience.

Cons

Wages are less than average. Upper management is typically not willing to invest (salary-wise) in employees with significant potential.

No room for growth

Pros

The hours are not bad and some of the members are nice. It is mostly a place to collect a paycheck.

Cons

A lot of politics and favoritism. You have to be with the company for a long time to get a promotion or be friends with back office employees. The sales goals are unrealistic to prevent bonus payouts. The pay is low also.
