Pros

They have great benefits which really shows they value their employees. Love the people I work with. They promote from within a lot.

Cons

Wish I was paid more but that's part of working for a non profit.

Do not value their employees.

Pros

At first, I enjoyed the nature of the job, the branch I worked at was pretty nice, and it felt good working for a financial institution.

Cons

- If you are an outstanding employee, expect no more than a 3% increase, at the most. (we are talking like $0.20 if you are lucky). - Huge gap between upper and lower management. They do not value their front-line employees and the upper management certainly acts as if they are better than you. -Perks/ benefits/ wellness initiatives are bare minimum compared to other Milwaukee employers. - Poor company culture - This is just such a poorly run company, and they wonder why people leave!
