In response to this, we will be sending out training to all staff to ensure that inclusion and diversity are continued within our workplace where everyone's ideas and feedback are always welcome.

Being a smaller organization, we would like to see everyone move up into higher level roles; however, the tenure of most of our senior management and management does not always allow for this depending on the department size. Personal and professional growth are always areas that employees can enhance and expand upon. For example, passion projects are a great way to take what you enjoy and see it incorporated into the workplace. Our current Tax CUSO is a prime example of a passion project here at Guardian Credit that took fruition into something much more. Additionally, we are currently working on improving our performance review process at this time. Wishing you the best on your new opportunity.
