      Thank you for providing us with this feedback! We did hire a full-time Trainer in December of 2017 who is working on developing a dynamite training program. We acknowledge that we have room for improvement in the category of training, and are continue to improve upon this. In the meantime while we continue to develop in-house training, please keep in contact with your manager as to what type of training you might be looking for, so we can work to ensure that you receive the appropriate resources for additional training (webinars, conferences, etc.).       Pros

      I love the family atmosphere. Management is very open to new ideas and suggestions. Flexible work schedules and room for advancement.

      Cons

      I do not like working on Saturdays!

      The family-type atmosphere is one of our favorites as well! We understand that working Saturdays isn't a favorite. However, we want to be able to service our members at their convenience as well. On the plus side, the call center is only open until 12:30 pm on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays as well.

      Great call center team!

      Cons

      Attitude between staff is a HUGE issue. There is no structure. Board members make split second decision without considering employees. Many employees don't like to do their job.
