Fake,fake,fake,fake!

Pros

Pilots are company employees, planes are company owned, good teamwork at the out-bases

Cons

Disconnected clinical managers that don’t seem to have much oversight, often seen as acting like frat boys- Some notoriety for being intoxicated and other not-manager behavior after hours at bases. Improved training? Fake. Improved accountability? Fake. Improved anything? Bigger jets. That’s pretty good actually,

Pros

Meets industry standards. Overall attitude of management is positive and helpful. Company direction is good. Aircraft are well maintained. Awesome management. Good benefits!

Cons

As demands change pay is slow to follow. Vended bases (for Reach, NV, CA) are expected to perform differently. Communication between Reach and Guardian is weak and resolutions take way to long. Influence from Reach has had a negative effect on NV, CA bases. Want to avoid drama then stay away from Guardian bases in NV, CA. At least as of now.
