Small company feel, in a big arena

Pros

From a IT point of view: lot of opportunity to experience new technologies. If you do your part right and are apolitical, good things happen to you.

Cons

The pendulum swings every few years from federated model to centralized. With every new management there is a total overhaul and people start feeling nervous.

Pros

Benefits, retirement if you can last

Cons

Totally politics and major gossip in the workforce. I can't believe in this day an age that this company and employees act like high school students. There is no respect for other and management does care about their employees. No professionalism in this company especially when its located in NY. The people they hired in this company is so unreal its disgusting.
