Pros

Great 7 hour work days and benefits are very comprehensive.

Cons

Senior management is in constant influx - high turnover which leads to lack of continuity in business plan. Lack of training for newcomers - very difficult to understand the workflow upon hire. Takes years to understand "the ropes."

Pros

Good place to veg out and text your friends all day

Cons

Incompetent management, misogynistic mentality, horribly biased HR department that doesn't really care if the management harasses the subordinates, extremely below market pay, management that tells you that "you're lucky to even have a job," need I go on?
