Pros

Good Cafeteria food in the NY office. Casual dress policy bodes well with many. You can sleep in the bathroom stalls.

Cons

Management has an outdated outlook. Six Sigma has been around since the early 80's yet, thats what they have embaced now. Too much reliance on consultants who are there to make money for themselves. Inconsistant message: Stealth layoffs being conducted while management tells staff that things are going well.

Pros

Benefits that include a pension plan and a 401k, as well as flexible hours. A stable company in difficult times.

Cons

Not a place to grow, especially if you want to work hard and be recognized. Very hierarchical at the top. Friction between old and new guard.
