Cons
I have nothing good to say about the actual company or owners. They treat their employees like garbage and look for every opportunity to take the commission earned by their employees for themselves. They will not pay out earned bonuses if you leave, they give higher goals as a "raise" without the proper number of accounts to meet that goal. Micromanagement like no other. You can succeed here but not by the way they want you to do things. They are known as being a high turnover company for a reason. If you come even dollars from your goal you get paid ZERO commission. The best thing about this company was leaving it.
