Pros

If you want a very low entry level job in sales this may be a good fit.

Cons

Owner changes your goals monthly without logic. If you don’t hit the made up goal you don’t get paid commission. He made everyone in the company write positive reviews on Glassdoor to counter the negative reviews.

The owner is cold and unethical. Read all the reviews, not the fake reviews. Low pay, will cheat you, no leadership.

We follow all TWC guidelines in regards to pay so no one is able to be cheated. Pay is extremely high for entry level sales. Plus, quarterly bonus + 401k and match and profit share. Our leadership achieved 96% to goal in a pandemic year. Very proud of our team as a whole. If you get incarcerated multiple times while working for GNS, it will be tough to keep this position...

Pros

Great place to improve sales skills without a lot of experience. The more you learn the more money you can make. I like the b2b sales. It's a small company, but has good benefits. It's internet security sales, so you learn a lot about the industry. The hours are normal. Good place for someone who wants to be successful, not really for someone who wants to just have a job.

Cons

In the beginning, it can be overwhelming with the product knowledge, but if you stick with it, you can learn a lot.
