The environment is pretty negative. While I was there I had to sit through listening to some young guys discussing the lack of "hotness" of one of their clients. I made a comment saying their discussion made me uncomfortable, then I got fired for "sending out bad waves" because apparently my not liking a sexually hostile environment is worse than the people making it a hostile environment. I've honestly never been made to feel so insulted in my life.
That conversation came right after I was made to sit alone in a room with some kid who thought he was my drill sergeant. He yelled at me and made me feel like I was getting beat up, it was so bizarre.
The pay is pretty low and the commissions are capped. It's probably not worth having your self -esteem and your general faith in mankind crushed.
