First, we do not hire uneducated people so either this is a fraudulent review or someone “acting” which cannot be taken serious either. Second, our position is in office 100% for 14 years and always has been even during Covid. This is and always has been communicated from the interview phase. This should not come as a surprise to you considering you are claiming to have worked for the company for a year.

Pros

Weekends off Great work life balance Easy / Friendly place to work. No micro management and allows you to work and do what is needed. Can make a lot of money on commission and bonuses by hitting easy attainable goals. Provide you all the tools to succeed and helps you learn the field if you have no knowledge. Friendly and fun people to work with from your co workers to the bosses.

Pros

Great Customers Some of the people working there are great others are not so much.

Cons

Management pushes you to be on the phone more than you should. Required talk time does not translate to more sales or renewals as they say. If you are not making goal with the way they train you then they move you to worse accounts.
