Pros

This is a small business who's main focus is to make sure other small businesses are safe and secure. The Owners who are also your bosses are the most realistic people I've ever worked for. They want you to succeed and have several incentives in place for you to be successful & make extra money. Which a lot of small businesses cant afford to do. The employees are just as important as the customers here.

Cons

You'll be sad if you ever have to leave.
