Pros

Flexible schedule in that they understand people with family obligations

Cons

The way this company is run out of the other branches outside of main headquarters is a joke. There is a complete disconnect and there is no clear handbook on employee rules, etc. Pay is lower than industry standard, although the benefits are decent, employees are not paid clearly or what they deserve. No transparency between management and employees and with strong competition out there, it doesn’t seem worth it to stay with the company.

Pros

Good benefits. Some good people work there. Pay is decent.

Cons

High turnover. They hire unqualified warm bodies then throw them to the wolves. The place felt like a sinking ship.
