- Remote work - Recent acquisition by automotive giant has shaken things up (some good some bad)

Cons

- Code was built with no architectural vision, feels held together by bandage-fixes - I felt heavily dis-empowered to improve anything, from technical architecture to our manual QA process - Eventually it just gets frustrating trying to be an agent for change. You see this manifest itself in most of the brightest people leaving

- I have a fantastic manager, and really enjoy the key people I work with across all the teams. Very motivated and positive energy throughout the company. - Remote culture has been well thought out, and works well. - The technology is top notch, and recognized as top in the industry. - It’s great to work for a market leader!

Cons

- The auto industry can be a bit maddening sometimes - but that’s also part of the fun. :)
