Pros
• The leaders are inspiring. They deeply understand what makes employees fulfilled and productive in both obvious and subtle ways. I find myself often thinking “these people really get it”. It’s refreshing, very rare to come across, and is why the company is experiencing all of its success • There is a strong culture of continuous improvement • The philosophy of work is well defined. We have at least a day a week where we avoid all non urgent meetings to allow for deep work • Great working alongside high caliber employees who care about improving their craft and helping each other improve and grow • Tight feedback loop on work done allows for speed to market, reduced waste, and a better product • Awesome to work on products that solve clear problems and are used by a rapidly increasing number of users • Gubagoo has ambitious goals that it is able to execute on. I believe the next several years will be full of exponential, sustainable growth • Working remote is a major a plus

I have nothing to put here because any company has issues but Gubagoo is always assessing, improving, and evolving quickly. There is nothing major to mention.
