pretty flexible, varies from property to property. Executives are easy to talk to and are open to feedback.

Cons

Not much for career advancement. Corporate seems to be pretty un organized at times.

Pros

Customers are great 4 day work week Good manager

Cons

10+ hour days in the height of the busy season. Work alone for 3 of the 4 days and it can be very busy at times trying to take care of customers in the store and handling camping and mooring reservations over the phone.
