Not much corporate presence in otherwise fun outdoor job. Orderly, highly-functional organization systems and software.

Cons

Customer service, so exposed to a lot of rudeness. Sometimes corporate ineffective/inaccessible in resolving issues.

Company has a diverse portfolio, good variety of hospitality contracts.

Company has lost value of integrity and has lack of recognition of employees — was more sincere, respectful and inclusive under previous CEO Gerry Gabrys; Nico Foris fakes interest and only cares about bottom line; his selection of top tier senior management reflects lack of core values the company was known for.
