None. It was a horrible working environment

Cons

The entire branch at Mt. Rainier caters to the wishes of an egomaniacal leadership team and the people who suck up to these individuals. Nothing is based on merit or experience. No organization or training.

Pros

None as far as I know.

Cons

Being a contractor we had to keep the government employee happy. Unfortunately he wasn't too bright and was prone to fits of rage over things he didn't understand. My first day I was told of a coworker who was one written warning from being fired. Overall the most toxic place I have ever worked in my 30+ year career.

Pros

Company better than most in the hospitality industry for whatever that's worth. Benefits are average. Company manages different types of properties so difficult to make blanket statements.

Cons

Managers clueless. Communication with corporate is poor. Training is non existent. Management company that has never trained anyone how to manage as far as I can tell.
