Okay Pay, Not Okay Management

Pros

I made a decent amount of money in my time working there in the winter season. The birds, manatees, crocodiles, and some other wildlife were cool to experience.

Cons

The location did not have proper accommodations for employees without cars despite hiring them for such a remote area. Due to the high turnover rate, they are constantly short-staffed and employees are expected to overwork themselves and be jacks of all trades while managers don't do their jobs properly. Constant drama, which was often caused by management due to lack of respect for staff and incompetence. Mosquitoes and giant flies were the bane of my existence.
