Pros

Started out as an Ice Cream cart Attendant, with handling a cash til, then was promoted to cashier with food preparation within 2 months. Scheduled for always 20 or more hours a week.

Cons

The hours of operation are very tight. It was from 8 am- 6 pm. The schedule is not very flexible. It may be considered a con that it was a very high volume area I was working at which was in front of the Air and Space Museum.

Pros

There are no "best reasons" to work at Guest services. There is health insurance, but only if your job pays enough for you to afford it. Otherwise, if mediocrity is your goal, welcome aboard.

Cons

Lying is mandated. Creativity is dissuaded. Training is not provided. Opportunities for advancement are not available. Management refuses to put drections in writing. Mediodrity is rewarded.
