~work remotely ~low pressure ~benefits available ~help is always available ~support staff is amazing

Cons

~Print ad sales is hard in any industry. A lot of follow up and consistent lead generating. ~It takes awhile to build your commission. Paychecks are lean at first. Be patient, persistent and put in the work. The rest will come. ~ Not an easy sell. Be aware of the commitment before you accept the job. (true in any job!!!)

Nothing good about this company!

Cons

Very misleading as far as potential. Not enough business in the territory and do not allow you to build. No set territory. They expect you to travel and do not reimburse travel expenses unless you drive more then 50 miles one way...I could go on and on...

There aren't any pros worth mentioning

Cons

Company assigns a church to you and you have to take your assignment even if it is with a small church 2 states away! There is little chance of future growth as the company is far behind technology. Management is terrible! Inappropriate and overall used car salesmen (no offense to those making an honest living selling cars!) Compensation is a joke! The good reviews are likely management trying to overcome so many poor reviews.
