      Smart people and good onboarding.

      Cons

      Not collaborative. You’ll be working nights and weekends. When you put in for PTO in advance it may not get approved. Better off being a paramedic, they work 4 days on 3 days off and you won’t be working between dinner and showers. Opt for a non boutique with a vision. Six weeks in…. you’ll experience burnout.

      Good Health/Dental Insurance Exposure to AppSec tools Decent pay

      Cons

      Bad Management - told not to ask for a raise leave you in the cold or alone when it comes QC a pen test report and your actual QC is sick/training. Training Budget is not at your discretion - management approval needed. Falsify reports to clients about QC being done when it wasn't done as scheduled. Management only interested in getting clients and keeping them happy, not helping on the technical part. Mandatory fun get together online or at a restaurant unless you are working. Definitely passive aggressive when it comes to work on weekends and holidays.
