      - great colleagues - supportive and engaging environment - nice new office at Potsdamer Platz

      Cons

      - the company is owned by a private equity firm - the focus is on short-term returns - the core and the largest business is in the US; differences in offices outside of the US do not seem to be recognised - the compensation depends on the performance of other segments, mainly in the US
