Pros

I will caveat this review by saying that enormous variety exists between accounts and even teams within those accounts. Below is my personal experience on the VA account. *Advice to interested candidates* KNOW WHAT TEAM YOU ARE JOINING. Ask questions to suss out their work life balance and to see if the task/overall project goal is actually interesting to you. - Competitive compensation - Supportive leadership (I have an open line of communication with my manager and he freely communicates praise and constructive feedback with me) - Opportunity to lead work/junior staff as a Senior Associate - Sharp, type-A co-workers - Benefits include: $100 to pay down student loans every month, $100 (closer to ~$70 post tax) for monthly cell-phone expenses

Cons

- Lots of IT problems. After we migrated to the cloud, Outlook/internal apps will crash and hinder your productivity - Tuition reimbursement policy is not clear/has not been communicated - Some teams have unrealistic work/life balance (not the case for my team/project) but I do witness this

Pros

Leaving this place becomes the only real positive outcome.

Cons

This is the worst company ever. Management blames people for things that were out of their control and nitpicks even when the work followed their own instructions. The treatment got so ridiculous, they were trying to push me out instead of supporting anyone. Reaching out for help did nothing because HR shut the door instantly and it seemed like leadership was tied together in the same messy behavior. The isolation, constant pressure and lack of fairness made the whole experience unbearable. I left because staying any longer would have destroyed me even more. Avoid this place at all costs.
