They have this list of things to achieve to get a pay raise and I think it's ridiculous! First of all, it's unreasonable due to the huge workload no one could get things done within the deadline! Second, we don't get management support and we're always understaffed. And lastly, we're all too stressed and exhausted to even think about achieving anything on that list!

Pay. I was making significantly lower than average salary for a sr analyst. I Asked for a market raise, was told it wasn’t in the budget. I got a 1.2% raise this year, which is laughable. The average raise was about 3% yoy. The company also lied about layoffs, saying they were done in February. I was laid off a few months later. Typical corporate nonsense, promises about being a family and all that good stuff lol. There are also a lot of egos here, so keep that in mind. Also, every performance review you have will be “meets expectations “ regardless of how hard or how little you work.
