      The company has great managers and training.

      Cons

      They provide unrealistic case work goals. The company does not offer long term employment. They will bring you on full time just to lay you off as soon as project is over. DON’T choose this job over any other jobs. I got hired full time with about 200 employees and we were all laid off 6 months later once the project we were working was other. I turned down other great opportunities not knowing this job would fire everyone as soon as there project was complete. It was very misleading and the company is not trustworthy.

      Some projects were genuinely impactful.

      Cons

      The company hides dysfunction behind flashy branding and big promises. What looks sleek on the outside is a poorly run mess on the inside. Leadership talks endlessly about inclusion and empowerment, yet clings to a rigid power structure and refuses to be transparent. Expectations are vague, constantly shifting, and impossible to meet. The culture is hollow, performative, and exhausting.
