      If you are a talented employee who enjoys your work, consider avoiding this workplace. They will never see your talent.

      Cons

      The skills of employees don’t matter to the fake and terrible leadership. Office politics was awful here. Employees were promoted based on who they knew, rather than on their accomplishments. It was ridiculous. Please beware and don’t waste your time here.

      I can work remotely, though many of my co-workers don’t have the option.

      Unfortunately, verbal abuse and toxicity are normal here at Guidehouse. The management has normalized toxicity in this company. Our managers often verbally abuse and harass us, and they’re not above insulting and embarrassing us in front of our co-workers. NOT RECOMMENDED.
