      Pros

      no in-office requirement, very little travel on my current client

      Cons

      everyone is leaving, very very small merit increase at year end (even for high performers), salary not competitive, not a lot of work in the pipeline

      Pros

      None - Honestly can't think anything positive about GH. Fired all good Partners and Directors in the commercial FS. Recruited bunch of underperforming Partners from Accenture, IBM and CTS - never able to get a single clint on their own.

      Cons

      Better to be unemployed rather than joining GH. Well, it is not the same company what it was before Bain takeover. Now low IQ folks are hovering around. I can bet none of the FS segment leader/Commercial FS Practice Leader/Commercial FS Partner leader will get any job in the market.

      Great benefits plan and some of the direct leadership does support the team members.

      Cons

      Hyperfocused on landing the big contract vs supporting current clients to keep them as ongoing clients, It is becoming a very money-hungry organization and the culture has become hyper-focused on money vs quality of work.
