      Pros

      Good direct management on my project and I enjoyed the investigations part

      Cons

      Asked for a lot of overtime to get paid with an (incentive) but the payment came months later. The overtime never felt optional. They fired people without warning. Wanted us to work on holidays and weekends

      Friendly coworkers, interesting work, work from home options

      Cons

      Company was bought by Bain Capital and has taken away many perks for employees to save money. Company says it cares about its people and wants prestige, yet doesn't seem to care about retaining employees and pays much less than comparable consulting firms. They're flirting with RTO but the office space is open layout and completely unconducive to work since everyone around you is on calls all day.

      We all try though things seemed impossible.

      Cons

      They have this list of things to achieve to get a pay raise and I think it's ridiculous! First of all, it's unreasonable due to the huge workload no one could get things done within the deadline! Second, we don't get management support and we're always understaffed. And lastly, we're all too stressed and exhausted to even think about achieving anything on that list!
