Pros
Interesting work and great teams filled with smart people. Benefits are decent, not anything special.
Cons
Terrible onboarding. Poor work-life balance, as you are expected to contribute to business development and internal organizations on top of a full client workload in order to get a raise, bonus, or promotion. Guidehouse underbids on contracts, resulting in short-staffed teams. Recently, leadership took away floating holidays and raised the utilization targets, affecting WLB even more. Compensation below market rate. RTO mandate. Training, support, and mentorship for college graduates and early career professionals nonexistent. Unlimited PTO is actually really stressful. Employee morale is exceptionally low. Downright terrible internal teams--HR, expense, and comms are especially bad.
