      - Mobility across sectors is possible if you have the support of your management and can build your network - Great opportunity for young consultants to learn and grow

      Cons

      - Increased utilization requirements coupled with more sales requirements has led to a reduction in work life balance; morale is the worst in 3 years, growth was too fast too soon - There is great uncertainty surrounding the promotion process, expectations seem to change year to year

      Poor benefits, poor compensation, negligible salary increases, increased expectations but clear negligence of the employee welfare. They cancelled the two floating holidays that were given sneakily through an email, without feeling the need to inform employees of it through a more organized and specific communication.

      Politics, minimum benefits compared to other top-tier consulting firms, and heavily focused on financials due to PE ownership. As a non-equity employee, it is frustrating knowing that you are building this firm for the Partners and PE owners without getting a crumb of the pie
