      Pros

      Get paid with no accountability or risk of being fired, even for compliance breaches. If mediocrity is what you seek- this is the perfect place!

      Cons

      CEO has no idea how to run a company, is aloof, and has no respect for any employees. The better people perform, the more he shuns them. He is probably the biggest de-motivator of people I have ever had the misfortune to have worked with. Employee morale is awful, and everyone is constantly searching for another job. Compliance is a major issue at the company, as major breaches generally are swept under the rug.

      My coworkers (not including upper management) were the only pleasant part of my experience here.

      Cons

      Really enjoyed working here initially. After a few months of monotonous, low-paid work, I began dreading walking in the doors of this place. No real experience or room for growth.
