      Despite the "cons" and advice, the intent is good. Guidewire is usually trying to do what is "rationally right", though sometimes they miss the mark.

      Cons

      The core culture and values are being removed through bad policies on a continuous basis. Professional services is not on the receiving end of much love from the firm.
