Pros
Great work/life balance. Peers are great. Great stock price (if you have any) and good upward movement. The non-HQ offices seem to be doing really well, judging by the reviews coming from there.
Cons
* Upper management: big question mark. We pwn it for the current market. But can they deliver a strategy for the next thing? * We've lost the value of collegiality. * Do you know any _great_ software product companies that use Rally instead of JIRA? Let us know at #RallyOrJIRA. * People are leaving. The team is shrinking, slowly. * The jobs are moving out of HQ. * Compensation is stagnating -- poor profit sharing. I work blood and sweat to enrich others. * I find it quaint that management would ask us to review the company before annual reviews, bonuses and salary adjustments...
