Nice work environment, nice people to work with, nice challenges, low pressure, easy to have good work-life ballance

Cons

Substantial salary increase can be hard, so make sure to start with a good proposal

Pros

I am a full-time remote employee based out of Dublin. Started at GW during the pandemic but the onboarding process was smooth. The company culture atleast in the Dublin side seems to be great. Decent compensation, decent perks, and overall a good place to work. Very flexible work patterns.

Cons

Remote culture still needs a lot of work. There are few opportunities for team interaction if you're not office-based or not in the same time zone as your team. Insurance is a slow industry and this reflects in the growth opportunities and appetite for change within the company.
