- Guidewire is moving from disruptive player to market leader so it is still deciding on the right strategy and technology. - Guidewire is no longer a small startup but a large company; therefore, some of the small benefits that employees enjoyed (company picnic, bringing a spouse to the annual corporate event, etc.) are disappearing.
