The onboarding process was very clear and management was helpful throughout the entirety. The modern software used in Guidewire's Insurance Suite ecosystem is robust, developed, and exciting. The company will provide support for working remotely and home office setup. People were generally happy, transparent, and supportive.

Cons

As a software consultant motivated to complete impact-driven work, it was difficult to witness the impact experienced by the end user and gain fulfillment from completing job tasks oriented at that effort.

Pros

Benefits and fine for new Joiners, but are traps to attract more talent.

Cons

The recruiters are low balling the new hires in terms of compensation. Management is not honest with employees in terms of work. Work is on very old tech which is out dated on language like Gosu. US office does not have much trust in India office to provide them better opportunities.
