      Pros

      The company has a very Flat Hierarchy. While there is a standard reporting structure, everyone has a voice and you have access to management at every level. The Management team is a group that you can respect, trust and be inspired by. My time has very flexible scheduling and allows me to have great work/life balance

      Cons

      None a whole lot to say here...sometimes because schedules are flexible you end up working a few extra hours, but most don't mind because we like the work!

      Pros

      There's lots happening at Guidewire, and many opportunities to contribute, and progress. Guidewire are truly commited to the success of your career, and they expect you to commit to their success - it's a sound deal all round.

      Cons

      In the field, management can be somewhat remote, and it is possible to feel a bit disconnected at times. Sometimes working in EMEA, the administration advice received from US and EMEA offices can be inconsistent. However, in my short time with Guidewire I have found that people are working to address this issue.

      Pros

      What amazes me most is the "can do attitude" and the engagement at all levels in the company. Everyone all the way up to the CEO is reachable at any time. Internal processes are simple and to the point. Sales enablement, support, product quality is highly developed and something I have not seen anywhere in my 25 years in the Software world. The overall company culture is top.

      Cons

      Cons? At this point I haven't seen any.
