      Awful management but great colleagues

      People are great to work with Direct managers are supportive but dont have much power Good perks/little bit above average salary

      Cons

      On calls out of business hours and weekends are not paid Upper management is rude and only focusing on shares You are lucky if you get raises if you dont have promotion

      collaborative culture, great people company really focuses on DEI strong leadership team all the way across solid fpa and finance team that executes well and has a seat at the table

      sometimes decisions take a long time to make typical scaling challenges with growing company

      * Product base is complex, divided into many SKUs, so it can be difficult to keep track of exactly what you're delivering. * The company has a woke culture, with plenty of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. C suite lectures about politics.
