      Pros

      Excellent terms and conditions. Great bonus structure, pension and health insurance. There is full transparency over performance, goals, and objectives. There is an abundance of supports available - both professional and personal. Excellent work/life balance. Staff is made up of people from all over the world. Terrific canteen!

      The location of the Dublin office is somewhat remote, depending on the part of the city you are travelling from.
